"I have honestly never dealt with an insurance company like this one. Their Customer Service exceeds all others. They are all very friendly and polite, but to make it even better, they are all insurance agents. They can assist you with whatever you need. No more callbacks! . I really need to say, a lot of things have went on in my life since I changed insurance companies, and somewhere along the way, they stopped being insurance agents and became my good friends."

Just The Facts: On January 22, 2026 My new policy on 2 cars came to $ 743.77 for 6 months. Renewal noticed for next 6 months just came in the mail, $915.71 an increase of 23%.
No violations, no accidents, plus I invested in an online driver safety course. No explanation given, but I clearly remember this agency saying that State Farm was the ONLY insurance company not seeking a rate increase for 2026 from New York State.

My new insurance agent will not be wearing a ski mask and making crazy claims."

"My experience was fantastic! Matt was great. Started with getting a call stating some rates have come down, I’ve called a few times in the past. My auto insurance rate went down significantly and Matt also got my homeowners insurance strange este down another $100 a year, which don’t sound like much, but my coverage was doubled across the board. Loved the honesty as well. I wanted to also bring my motorcycle to Stare Farm, but after Matt checked out my coverage and cost he let me know it was a good insurance plan and he couldn’t beat it. Oh well, better luck next year. I would like everything under “one roof” so to speak. Can’t say enough how great of an experience working with Matt and State Farm was."

I was very satisfied 😌. He found me discounts to that was available also which I was very pleased with.
